Dawn E. Lyon, M.S., CCC-SLP
Dawn joined Autism Therapeutic Services in October 2013 after moving to the Ft. Bragg area from Tennessee. She is proud to have been raised in an Army household and is currently Army wife. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and her Masters of Science from Tennessee State University. She specializes in articulation impairments, developmental language disorders and feeding/swallowing issues. Upon joining the ATS team, Dawn spent time working as a 1-on-1 ABA behavior technician and is currently taking courses toward becoming a BCBA through the Florida Institute of Technology. ABA techniques are utilized in her therapy sessions to promote progress in all aspects of communication and feeding.
Communication can open doors to the world that would otherwise remain inaccessible.
