Board Certified Behavior Analysts

Autism Therapeutic Services is seeking qualified and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts and BCBA-Ds in the central North Carolina Region. We are seeking BCBAs and BCBA-Ds that have the desire to be part of a large team of BCBAs and BCBA-Ds that share a common goal of helping children diagnosed with autism achieve their full potential. Successful candidates are required to have a consummate passion to helping children and be open and willing to be part of a team of professionals dedicated to the care and development of our children.

  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Current active Board Certification through the BACB
  • Designs and oversees interventions in familiar cases that are consistent with the dimensions of applied behavior analysis
  • Provide 1:1 ABA Therapy
  • Supervises, teaches and mentors registered behavior technicians in implementing interventions
  • Must be able to pass County, State, Federal Background Check, Sex Offender Check and Social Security Verification

Registered Behavior Technician

Autism Therapeutic Services is looking for professional, dedicated and compassionate candidates that can provide one to one ABA therapy services in a variety of settings that include in home, in clinic, in school, and within the community. Looking for highly motivated individuals to work with individuals diagnosed with Autism.

  • Minimum of 60 credit hours with an accredited college/ university in the field of Psychology, Special Education or General Education (Bachelors Degree is preferred)
  • Must be able to pass a federal, state and county background check & sex offender check.
  • Candidates must have reliable transportation
  • Have computer and internet access for report submissions

Occupational Therapist

Autism Therapeutic Services is seeking Occupational Therapists to assist patients who have debilitating conditions in order to help improve the functions of performing everyday tasks. Occupational Therapists use treatments to develop the daily living skills of their patients, the basic motor functions of patients, as well as, to compensate for any loss of function that may have occurred with the patient.  He/she administers skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teaches the family and other members of the ATS team that are assisting the patient with either ABA, Speech or Physical Therapy services as a collaborative effort.  The occupational therapist will service infants and patients through age 17 with minimal to severe developmental delays.  This position involves primarily working within a clinic setting.

  • Must be a graduate of an approved school and currently licensed in the state of North Carolina
  • A minimum of one-year experience is preferred

Physical Therapist

Autism Therapeutic Services is seeking Physical Therapists to assist patients who have debilitating conditions in order to help improve the functions of movement.  These therapists are often an important part of the rehabilitation, treatment, and prevention of patients with chronic conditions, illnesses, or injuries.  He/she administers skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teaches the family and other members of the ATS team that are assisting the patient with either ABA, Speech, or Occupational Therapy services as a collaborative effort.  The physical therapist will service infants and patients through age 17 with minimal to severe developmental delays.  This position involves primarily working within a clinic setting.

Speech & Language Pathologist

Autism Therapeutic Services is seeking a highly motivated, compassionate and dedicated Speech & Language Pathologist that understands the importance of our children’s needs by providing speech services to children from 2-17 years of age in and around the Fayetteville area. He/she will be responsible for defining the patient’s degree and type of speech, language, voice and swallowing impairment by selecting and administering the most appropriate test instruments, interpreting diagnostic data and preparing written diagnostic reports. He/she will also provide one-on-one services to patients and facilitate patient care by consulting with the family and other members of the Autism Therapeutic Services team to ensure a collaborative effort is being met. This position involves primarily working within a clinic setting.
