WHY HEALTHPRO PEDIATRICS

At HealthPRO Pediatrics, we help you achieve your higher calling.

Our therapists don’t just have a job… they have a higher calling ! Underneath job titles and duties, our therapists are driven to accomplish something larger than themselves. We are committed to helping them achieve those callings by fostering work environments that support growth and encourage fulfillment. This results in our employee retention rates being among the best in the business, positively attributing to both professional and personal satisfaction.

We seek to attract professionals who genuinely care about others because our success as a company rests in the skilled and caring hands of our employees. As our industry goes through changes, increased scrutiny, and more accountability, our core values of honesty, responsibility, and clinical integrity remain solidly in place. HealthPRO Pediatrics does not sacrifice quality care, and we look to hire clinicians who share our same philosophy.

If you are a passionate clinician looking to fulfill your higher calling, and feel like there’s more to work than a time clock, join the HealthPRO Pediatrics team and be the clinician you were trained to be.

Early Intervention (EI) Opportunities

There are many important milestones in the first few years of life. You can help make a huge difference for those that are not able to reach those milestones independently. Our family-centered early intervention model collaborates with families to ensure the highest quality outcomes for infants and toddlers.

Physical, occupational, speech, and behavioral therapy opportunities abound, offering you flexible hours and the ability to create your own schedule.

Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Opportunities

ABA therapists have the extraordinary opportunity to make an impact on individuals struggling to connect with their world. Our systematic, evidence-based approach provides children with the chance to learn coping and social skills, and more importantly, how to successfully interact with their community.

Each day is different as an ABA therapist. If you’re passionate about making a true difference and would like flexible hours to make your own schedule, look no further. This growing field is on the rise and our staffing model is inclusive of the following:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Behavior Therapist (BT)
  • Special Instruction (SI)
  • Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

School-Based Opportunities

Our school-based therapy model is designed to help children be successful in the educational environment and reach their highest level of independence. We offer a wide-range of school-based placement options through our growing network of partner school districts across the country.

Education based clinicians and educators – school therapists, school administrators, school nurses, school psychologists, school social workers, special education teachers – are guaranteed hours during the school year. You can enjoy summers off or choose to be cross-trained in other settings when school is not in session.

Outpatient Opportunities

Our pediatric outpatient clinics provide multi-specialty pediatric therapy service for children of all ages and diverse developmental needs. Outpatient opportunities allow for flexible scheduling, supporting you integrating your passion + you life.

Pediatric outpatient clinics provide opportunities for speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, aba therapists, mental health providers and more. Join the HealthPRO Pediatrics team and find your higher calling in one of our pediatric outpatient clinics across the country.

Student Placement

At HealthPRO Pediatrics, we recognize the importance of the successful clinical development of therapy and therapy-assistant students.
